We develop well-rounded engineers through hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and full involvement in projects—from design to construction. ​

 

Entry-Level Engineer Requirements

​

​Structural Engineering

• B.S. or M.S. in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering

• Coursework in Concrete, Steel, Timber, and Foundation Design

• 6 months – 2 years of post-undergrad design experience

• EIT certification preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/ArchiCAD a plus

• Strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills

• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship needed within 5 years)

• Resides in the Los Angeles area

​​Civil Engineering

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering

• Coursework in: Fluid Mechanics, Hydrology & Hydraulics, Water Resources, Environmental Design, Geotechnical, Civil Engineering

• 6 months–3 years of post-undergrad design experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D a plus

• Strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills

• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship needed within 5 years)

• Resides in the Los Angeles area
