We are currently looking for an entry level structural & an entry level civil engineer to join our team.

Entry Level Engineer Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of structural or civil engineering design experience after completing undergraduate studies.

  • BS or MS in structural, civil or architectural engineering. (Must have graduated with minimum of BS degree by Dec 2023)

  • Preferably EIT certified.

  • CIVIL to have knowledge of grading and drainage.

  • STRUCTURAL to have completed courses in concrete, steel and timber.

  • Responsible, punctual, dependable, resourceful, flexible and well organized. 

  • Strong work ethic and be able to solve problems independently.

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and lives in the Los Angeles area, without the need for sponsorship within the next 5 years.

Training and Education: In-house seminars and webinars are provided throughout the year as well as hands on training by experienced Engineers.  All Engineers go out to project sites to get firsthand training in the field and are assigned to an Engineer Mentor.

Compensation: Starting range $26-$32/per hour with 1.5 overtime available + benefits.

Flexible Schedule: If you desire a flexible schedule we can generally accommodate this.  We have some early risers who come in by 6am to miss traffic, and others who would rather work the “late shift”.
