Structural and Civil Engineering for the renovation and remodel of the pool recreation structure and pool deck. Scope included new arrangement of interior bearing and shear walls, replacement of exterior structural elements due to deterioration, gravity and lateral analysis and grading for proposed ADA access to recreation facility and drainage adjacent to structure to provide proper protection from stormwater.
