Natanael Ayala
Structural Staff Engineer
 

Natanael Ayala was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. Growing up, he spent his summers in construction zones learning drywall finishing with his dad. This experience sparked his interest in structural design, with the hope of one day leaving the hard hat behind.

He graduated in 2025 from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and earned his Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification soon after. The aftermath of the Palisades and Eaton fires inspired him to join C.W. Howe Partners, where he could contribute to rebuilding and giving back to his community.

Outside of work, Natanael enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and watching basketball. His most memorable trip was to Italy, where he tried to practice Italian but ended up mixing English and Spanish instead. Other hobbies include watching movies, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.
